Madeleine Brooks

Madeleine (Maddy) joined Tristan Capital Partners in 2019 to manage the firm’s Analyst Programme.  

Maddy is responsible for recruiting new analysts and supporting the development of existing analysts throughout the duration of the three-year programme.  

Prior to joining Tristan, Maddy was part of the Talent Development team at Winton Capital for 4.5 years. She was responsible for carrying out the company’s various talent processes and partnering with a range of global business units to promote and facilitate strategic learning programmes and initiatives.  

Madeleine holds a B.A. in History from McGill University in Montreal.
