Jean Bressolle

Jean is a Senior Director with Tristan Capital Partners in Paris. Formerly Jean was Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions for AEW Europe. Prior to the formation of AEW Europe, he served as Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Executive Board of CDC IXIS Immobilier, where he was responsible for sourcing and completing over €5.0 billion of real estate transactions, including creation of numerous joint ventures or club-deals among international investors. In 2001, Jean co-managed the externalisation of the €3.0 billion real estate portfolio of France Telecom on behalf of a consortium comprising G.E. Capital, Whitehall and the CDC Group.

Jean is also a Board Member of several French property companies and was a founding member of INREV and a member of the Executive Board of AFIRE (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate). He has specialised in real estate investment since 1988.

Prior to this he worked in the field of international project finance and economic planning, working closely with a number of international financial institutions on transport, town planning and regional development projects. Jean graduated from Dauphine University, Paris with a degree in Civil Engineering (ENPC).
