Håkan Petersson

Håkan is the Senior Director for the Nordics and is responsible for originating and underwriting investment transactions for the Fund with a particular focus on Scandinavia. He was formerly Managing Director of Curzon/AEW's office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Prior to joining Curzon/AEW, he was a Partner with Wiklund & Partners, an independent Swedish firm providing advice regarding investments, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and financial and market strategy, transaction assistance and advice as well as project management, all with a special focus on the property sector. Håkan has advised clients from a broad cross section of industry, financial service organisations and financial institutions. He has been advising both buyers and sellers of properties and property asset management organisations in cross border transactions within Europe.

Prior to joining Wiklund & Partners, Håkan worked for the Swedish property company Hufvudstaden, first as Chief Financial Officer and Group Treasurer and then as Managing Director of Hufvudstaden International, a company that demerged from Hufvudstaden and owned properties in London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Tokyo. In this capacity he was in charge of the demerger of Hufvudstaden International and its listing on the Stockholm stock exchange. Håkan is a graduate of University of Arizona at Tucson (B.S.B.A).
