Peter Bredthauer

Peter was amongst the first Analysts Tristan hired in 2011. During this time in the company, Peter has worked across several different European jurisdictions and a variety of property sectors on deals with a core-plus to opportunistic investment profile. While working predominantly on investment deals in his first years at the company, Peter has increasingly extended his role towards asset management and the disposition of assets and is now a permanent member of Tristan’s Portfolio & Asset Management team.

Peter studied in Germany at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) and at the University of Bayreuth, where he obtained a post graduate degree in Business (Dipl.-Kfm.). After his studies in Germany, he graduated from the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment.

Peter is a German citizen and speaks German, English and Spanish.
