Gyongyver Giday

Gyongyver is a Director in the Portfolio and Asset Management team at Tristan Capital Partners and brings 10 years’ of experience working across various European jurisdictions on core, core-plus and opportunistic investments.

Prior to joining Tristan, Gyongyver worked at Heitman in various roles, including investments and asset management on a number of office and retail projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Previous to that she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Investment Banking team as an analyst.

Gyongyver gained exposure to a variety of European markets (Netherlands, Germany, UK, Nordics and CEE) across the office, retail and senior care sectors. She received a Masters’ in Economics degree from Corvinus University of Budapest and completed courses at University of St Gallen in Switzerland and Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Gyongyver is a Hungarian and British citizen.
