Simon Martin

Simon brings a 15+ year track record of global/international real estate investment management to Tristan. He was previously Managing Director of Research and Strategy for Curzon Global Partners/AEW Europe. He joined Curzon Global Partners upon its founding in London in 1999.

Prior to joining Curzon Global Partners he headed DTZ's Fund Management and Investment Strategy Group. Prior to joining DTZ in 1996, he worked for CB Hillier Parker's investment research team and at both Cambridge University (Property Research Unit) and at Kingston University (Real Estate Faculty) in London.

Simon visits as the CBRE Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Henley Business School and at Cass Business School.  He is an Associate of the renowned economic consultancy, Lombard Street Research.
